I'm an attorney who lives in Salt Lake. I'm going to be really aggravated if they don't charge her parents. The mattress, the phone calls, the witnessed cleaning from the neighbors, THE FATHER'S OWN WORDS prove, very easily that they obstructed justice. That's just the evidence we know - the police definitely have more. I'm really, really tired of these enabling parents getting away with PROVABLE obstruction of justice. There's a reason their child turned out the way she did, it's because her whole life she's not had consequences due to their covering up and enabling her!

Do you believe the LDS Church is having an influence in the parents not being charged? Seems that membership is across the board in the legal system . Over the last few years the number of LDS church members involving murder are on the rise.

@@whiteraven69 Is there any reliable info that these people are LDS? Are you aware that any LDS members can and will be excommunicated from the church if convicted of serious crimes such as murder or accessory after the fact? Are you implying the LDS church would seek to have improper influence in law enforcement somehow to benefit these people only to turn around and run them through excommunication processes? Would that make sense? No, it wouldn't.

Right like what's the harm? Victims' families deserve closure. It also ensures that the accused isn't taking the plea out of fear (ie: they're actually innocent and see the deal as being safer than risking being found wrongly guilty at trial and sentenced to a majority of the rest of their life/natural life).

I live in Utah and I don't think most people would have a problem convicting without a body because of all of the other evidence, if accurate. After the Susan Powell murder, I truly believe that a jury would have convicted Josh even without Susan's body ever being found. We now know, due to some podcasts that have been done, that the police had tried several times to get the DA to proceed to trial but it never happened. They had done a lot more work and had a lot more evidence than most people thought, as happens in a lot of cases. If I remember correctly, the DA wanted more evidence. It may be that even a judge would have found they didn't have enough evidence in a prelim hearing so I am strictly speaking of a jury finding him guilty.

This 1% of any population anywhere is estimated to have severe psychopathic traits. Ok, so out of that number one or two spouses flip out and kill someone but you think it's the location or state that has something to do with it? Hardly; Greater populations experience greater violent crimes because there's going to be a greater number of psychos living there, at least statistically. But to imply a state has something to do with it doesn't make logical sense. Sometimes, just covered in a few branches or leaves SMH), and put him in that hole? Either she had help or her adrenaline was flowing consistently until she was done covering up this horrible crime. Why don't people ever consider divorce as a better alternative to leaving a relationship? If there is ever any financial benefits to killing thier partner, they hardly ever get to see it because they end up on a crime show at 2am.. and ruin not just thier lives , but everyone else's around thier circle of friends and family ..such a waste of life!!

On a side note im really sick of hearing about video games. If you teach and set boundaries for yourself and children they WONT be an issue. Worried about violence for yourself, children or peers? Then you should ALSO stay away from true crime so this channel is hypocritical

Regarding your Sponsor’s Lawsuit, something feels wrong about this. I’m not a professional, but video games don’t have “a magic hold” over anyone. Candy bars are extra sweet so hopefully you’ll eat more same with certain kinds of cereals because after these industries when it comes to pharmaceuticals, that’s a real issue where addiction is not necessarily the pill takers responsibility. But dopamine hits from video games is no different than what happens with KZbin other social apps. In these cases, adults bear the responsibility just as they do, if they smoke cigarettes. Children are a different issue, but not for adults and video games. That is the person who uses the video games, responsibility and not the makers I may be mistaken, but I haven’t seen any valid evidence to the contrary.

Soooo she cheated, he caught her, so she shoots him. Whats wrong with people…? She could have owned up to her infidelity and it would have been a glimpse for both. Plenty of life for both to start over again. Yet, she chose to kill him. Hope she rots and has nothing but time to think about what she took.
