I heard they need her to testify against him - so they’ll probably do some deal with her to get her to testify. Unfortunately as bad as it all sounds there is little to no hard evidence to convict her. It’s not enough that she said Maddie could sleep upstairs as she will just claim she had no idea what was going on. As much as we don’t believe her it just isn’t enough to convict.

I bet she found out that Saturday/Sunday. That's why everyone was having a meltdown. Sunday night they probably were all going to talk about it and move on with Jen accepting the "relationship". Hence she didn't care to press charges against him (she didn't have a say in the matter at that point). It makes sense why there were pregnancy tests and drama the day prior. But I think Stephan knew his family and others would not be so accepting as Jen is and wanted to end it.

Jen is a strange person, for sure. Whilst her daughter is missing, she cheerfully says "Hi there" to the cops. I would be a total mess. We all react differently, but cheerfully and causally talking about your child whilst missing, cannot be considered something most of us would do. I do think Sterns is the master mind behind it and the one who took M's life and that Jen probably didnt know about it. But when interviewed, and told about the images found, she reacted abnormal (or more lacking a reaction at all)The officers at the interrogation had to almost ask for a reaction..I dont think Jen should ever had become a parent.
