@@LanaMyslyvetsPlanners lots of people are confused on what the speedy trial was. Brian has a right to speedy trial meaning his initial showing in court. He waved that so his attorneys could take additional time to do what they needed. This is not uncommon, and waving a speedy trial is not uncommon in any way. It is only the preliminary hearings.

I’ve always wondered if a guy like this admits what he did to his lawyer. Or does the lawyer say you don’t have to tell me if you did it or not what do you want to plead and we will go from there. Certainly if if he did it his lawyer knowing he did it would be helpful in the defense because they would know what they are actually dealing with.

Last I heard Judge John Judge said he wanted ALL the material from the FBI and genetic lab turned over to him before Dec 1 and he will review it all in one go (very optimistic of him) and decide what should be handed over to the defense. There are apparently privacy concerns wrt the genetic DNA because of names and genetic information of individuals unrelated to the case could be included in the family tree. He also noted that if the prosecution doesn't have all the info by Dec 1 he could delay the case. Ho hum here we go again...I see this trial carrying on for years.

My understanding is when he waive his speedy trial right, it means he's ready to be peeled like onion. So since it's a death penalty case, i think he'd rather have the investigation and trial to be conducted properly with sufficient time, where along the way more evidence may arise, than having the case go the wrong way. He has the knowledge of how speedy trial could go wrong with pressure from many directions, and how complicated the case is.

Well, the FBI coming back into the 1122 king road for further laser analysis doesn’t really surprise me considering this case has been botched from the very get go. They’ve had a major homicide one month prior to this homicide happening in November 2022. You have a person who was in the house at the time of the murders who claimed she saw the man who slaughtered her friends pass by her room, and say he had bushy eyebrows. Then waited eight hours to phone the police about the homicide. Then later stated she heard everything that was going on upstairs. You have a door Dash driver that coincidentally showed up three minutes before the homicide. You have cameras going down the block of the street that this ELANTRA was seen but no one has footage of a speeding away from the crime scene at the time that it happened. You are not allowing jurors to go into the home and will rather re-create the crime scene using AI technology. You will not disapprove that Brian’s phone connected to Wi-Fi previously to the murders. You have no previous evidence of him ever contacting any of the people that had lived inside of the house at that time. Yet you want us to believe that a criminology major, who studies the ins and outs of these crimes, would leave behind a knife sheath with trace evidence on it. Yeah nobody is buying that. Come back when you have a much stronger case.

At the moment there doesn't seem to be any advantages to BK testifying at his own trial. It's hard to make a call without knowing what the defense strategy is. Trying to extract clues from all previous hearings was also difficult because defense team kept a tight seal on their strategy. I personally don't think they have a clear one and are still "feeling out" their best options. They're not going to have any solid strategy until they get all the materials they requested from the prosecution team.

It was written how LE from CA found a glove outside victims home. How many people have a dog? I know that dog had to go for a walk, when victims got home. What if, someone got that victim first, ordered them inside at knife point? The time of death will never be known, since deaths werent reported right away, which will effect albilis . My brother recently passed away in Maryland. Police were called when he was found, just before noon. I called for the autopsy report, which had the time of death, as the time police were called. Toxology report also. I did my own investigation , and found two witnesses. One saw him laying on the ground near my parents driveway arohnd 3 am. Another saw him at around 4 am, unresponsive sitting in his truck, alone. When a relative found him just before noon, a man was in the truck with him. I gave up many years ago, with so many corrupt law enforcement out there. So I let God, take care of my light work, because in the end, Gods punishment is for all eternity!

The way it works is, what ever evidence the state plans to use to convict BK, those are the materials the defense gets. At the same time, if defense team has evidence that could prove innocence, they have to share this with the prosecution. This provides both sides the concept of fairness for trial. Basically it eliminates the surprise factor that could be deemed as unfair that sets up legitimate factors for appeals.

I want to know if it is ever unlawful for police to investigate a tip, and whether it is proper for the IGG to be considered a tip. For example, if the FBI hacked the Ancestry database to get Kohberger's name, and in so doing violated Dept. of Justice guidelines, is it lawful for LE to use that IGG information to identify the suspect's father and his address, and to obtain his trash for an STR comparison with the sheath? Also, why is everyone assuming that the person Dylan saw was the killer? She didn't see a knife, and he didn't kill her. Being there is not evidence of involvement in those murders, and Kohberger can't very well explain why he was there because it places him at the scene and doesn't clear him. Unless there is another viable suspect in custody for the murders, no defense attorney would advise him to admit he was there.

The truth is very different. In deciding which sheath dna markers to submit for comparison to the cheek swa dna of BK, someone has studied the check swab dna, and then left out the sheath dna markers which do not match BK. It might have seemed innocuous to leave out dna markers for two reasons (1) 99% of markers are common to every human, so add nothing to the comparison test. (2) in doing a genealogical search for other people whose dna partially matches a dna sample, it makes sense to leave out markers if you are looking for a relative. My take is that the story about getting BK's fathers dna from the trash is a false story, but it provides cover if it is revealed that markers were removed. My take is that markers in the sheath dna that did not match BK's dna were removed in the comparison. This ensured that the comparison test found a 100% match - all markers submitted from the sheath DNA matched BK. This is an absurd hoax. It's bigger than the moon landing (if that was a hoax). It's bigger than the JFK coverup. There are hundreds of thousands of markers in a full dna sample. Having only a tiny scrap of DNA on the sheath allowed markers to be removed and people baffled with science. There were only a few markers to remove, in faking the comparison, The stunt of removing markers could not have been done on full dna as there are hundreds of thousands of markers. This is a fake. It's biogger than Emron, it's bigger than the 2008 financial crisis. It's as bad as the hanging of nanny FLor Contemplacion in 1995 on false evidence.
@andyhunter5869
@andyhunter5869 Жыл бұрын
I appreciate your knowledge of the DNA and agree this is fake. My question is, how did they identify BK in the beginning? The FBI surveilled him from at least the 15th of December 2022 because that's when they followed him travelling to Pennsylvania. What's also odd is they knew about him so early on but didn't pick up his DNA from anywhere to compare to the sheath (that may or may not be connected to the murders at all). They watched him for almost two weeks, allowing any victim DNA from his car, his residence, his office and his family home to be contaminated or degraded over time. The reason this has been handled this way is to ensure the University and the community of Moscow don't suffer financially. With the supposed monster locked up, students return/enrol, and life goes on. The UOI is very experienced with covering up student deaths, with dozens happening since the turn of the century.

Tell me you're a conspiracy theorist without saying you're a conspiracy theorist. You forgot to mention 9/11, flat earth, UFOs, Lizard people, New World Order, Covaxx "hoax", and loads more. Conspiracy theorists suffer cognitive distortion and as a result their thoughts are disconnected from reality and from self-scrutiny, and the cognitive distortion, their supreme overconfidence in their cognitive abilities, and the lack of self-scrutiny creates an impermeable barrier to communicating about mundane reality with them. Most people know this case doesn't have anything to do with JFK, the financial crisis, Enron, or the moon landings. As for DNA tampering in the familial search, most people know that what matters is the match between BK's DNA and the DNA found on the sheath, underneath one of the unfortunate victims, and that how they found him doesn't change that.

That’s actually a good question about the timing. I think the reason he was being watched was the evidence of the car. At that time the DNA was being run through the data base of criminal dna. There was not a match. Then they ran it through the dna ancestors and it matched the dad. Now weather they had that through a dna already in the system or what they gathered from the trash I am not sure. Because they did not get there search warrant for him home until after arrest, and his cheek swab was being tested.
