@das16thegoon I know that, I read the affidavit. However, that was when he thought he would have the support of the 100s of celebrities and crew he had. Instead he being hung out to dry. Bottom line- he has refused to follow instructions from the judge not to contact witnesses in the Rico case. He's used all his dirty little tricks to set people on them. He will not abide by any bail conditions.
