For me, even if Johnny somehow doesn’t win in this “Virginia” court he has won in the courts of public opinion! There is an overwhelming number of support for JD. There are petitions boycotting Aquaman (which I signed), and if it’s anything Hollywood doesn’t like is problematic people! It will be tough for anyone to trust and or work with her even if JD looses because there has been a lot of damming evidence and or witnesses against AH! It isn't an issue before the court in this matter, and no US court would have jurisdiction. Johnny Depp could open an appeal on the basis of the perjury, but he seemed to want to avoid more legal fighting. He made at least one public settlement offer warning her she might not want this to go to court. I don't think he wants to pursue it. Courts generally don't act proactively, they are by nature reactionary. If she has lied in this court in this case, Johnny's legal team would have to point it out and motion for her to be sanctioned. Otherwise, its a matter for the jury who to trust.
