You can’t charge people because you have one person says something with no real evidence unfortunately and fortunately. If we took everyone for their word do you realize basically everyone would be arrested for something at some point or another?? I’m actually curious where the mother even was where she couldn’t see what was happening while her 12 year old daughter was alone in an amusement park surrounded by unruly drunk adults. She didn’t have to be tied to her hip but she should have still been close enough to make sure nothing happened.

I HIGHLY DISAGREE with the cop giving the decision to take them to jail or not, to JUVENILES! She JUST GOT DONE saying how the kids are so young and not adults…but then she defers to said children for a decision SHE should have made that has a big impact on multiple people’s lives I don’t disagree with charging the couple, but she discredited herself and police in general with such an absurd decision making process
