Exactly! I do believe she thought it was her apartment. Her brain was addled from a phone sex session. I don’t believe any of the conspiracy theories about her knowing Mr. Jean or wanting to kill him specifically. She did, however, really WANT to kill a burglar. She knew if ran back and called for backup, the “burglar” might just get arrested not killed and how DARE someone invade her domain. She’s one of those “I have a gun and I shoot to kill trespassers,” people. We see gun nuts brag crap like that all the time. Sometimes some of them end up on the police force. It’s really not all the police. I honestly believe the majority of police are not these people ... BUT rest of the police need to stop defending these people. They should want to weed the bad ones out; but their current ideology is defend each other at all costs no matter what.

Watch the Rosenbaum prosecution opening. THAT is the best opening ever. It's a little long but that prosecuting attorney badass af. At one point she takes a picture the defense has sitting up there and is like "IT'S A FACADE!!" and definitely just flings it on the ground and the defense is like "excuse me, that was my picture!!"and the judge has to stop her opening and is like ...pick up the picture. I am curious to see if the Judge does anything because their was a GAG order and the Dallas DA gave a interview on the local channel the night before!!!!!! She looks very upset that the DA thinks they are above her Gag order from Jan 2019. I think that DA should have to come before the Judge in front of everyone even court TV and be jailed.... that is what was said if that would be done if anyone did not obey the Gag Order!!! Why does the dallas DA believe they don’t have to follow the Judges Rule?... no mistake this DA knew exactly what they were saying and doing. Let’s see if it is ever brought up at all again!!!!!

Just reading the quick summary of facts of this case, accidental-shooting-thinking-it- was-her-apartment-or-not, what is the defense? An innocent man is dead due to a series of her wrong decisions. I would think that ESPECIALLY if you are innocent, the indescribable anguish and regret over what you'd just done would drive you to want to make whatever possible amends to that family that you could, sheerly out of human decency. Accepting manslaughter would be accepting responsibility for what you did in fact do. Anything less or other than that, becomes suspect to me.
@apsvend
@apsvend 5 жыл бұрын
So let me understand this😏 you and your family come home to unlock door A. You do not enter you call cops and wait for backup B. You yell into the apartment and say come out with your hands up C. You walking into the home with your gun drawn and mistakenly shoot someone with the TV on and a small amount of light displaying that this is not your home. ANSWER A,B If you answered C: (C.) So sad that the man was killed in his own apartment. His family had suffered a traumatic loss. Cannot dismiss that many building residents made mistakes by ending up at the wrong apartment. Will the evidence show motive? Did she know him? She made critical errors and should have reasonable punishment but hope that this does not turn to a white vs black.

80s Lady he never said she PURPOSELY did it, but did point out her gross negligence. And while their may be no winners Bothams family I guarantee will feel better if she’s convicted for killing their son who was doing nothing wrong in his own home eating ice cream. She did not even give him a chance to put his hands up. Saw a black man and shot. This is why we have a society of cop haters.
@luckystars1632
@luckystars1632 5 жыл бұрын
Well let’s not lose prospective of the facts. Put aside that she’s a cop. She entered someone else’s home pulled a gun and shot and killed another human being. This is not a common occurrence because a normal responsible adult would not have reacted this way. Thus it was either intentional or her judgement is grossly negligent and incompetent. It would be an intelligent strategy to establish reasons as to why her judgement is so appallingly poor.

@@veegee916 Look it up. Her case is also weakened by her not even bothering to try to give proper CPR. You also did not shoot someone if you went into the wrong garage door. She has admitted to not remembering her CPR or de-escalation training. This is total nonsense. This woman should be found guilty of murder. Honestly apart from her being white and a woman, and the victim being a black male, I struggle to see why this is even a debate. She's guilty as sin.

If there are mixed race of jurors, it’ll be a hung jury. I really hate to be like this and I wish it was different but it’s just how it is in America right now. Black people will certainly vote for guilty and most whites will too but there will be 1 or 2 white people who will vote for not guilty then they’ll go back and forth and won’t be able to reach a verdict which will lead to hung jury. Mock my words. She should not have done what she’s done and definitely not shoot him when he was no threat to her. I would’ve held my gun up and waited to see what he’ll do first, you don’t just shoot someone even if they’re in your house. You have to live with the guilt of killing someone for the rest of your life. But I do have a little bit of sympathy for her because I would go in to a wrong apartment by accident and make other stupid mistakes like that. I do feel like it was an accident so she can’t really be charged with murder. The most I see her getting is manslaughter by negligence.
