This is why I follow you guys! You thoughtfully break down all the newly-decided constitutional points, the roles of each branch of govt in a presidential election, the roles of White House staff, etc., everything vital to this historic case!

The Roberts Court will take this brief as an opportunity this to elaborate upon and expand presidential immunity. We are up against the Federalist Society. which is committed to a unitary executive branch. Sooner or later the Senate has to expand the Roberts Court, or democracy will not survive it. Call your Senators.

I think bringing the case sooner might have been better because the Supreme Court has become more emboldened, irrational, and unlawful over time. There’s a chance they wouldn’t have dared do this a few years ago. But perhaps that’s not the case.

I think Bannon was much more than just a megaphone leading up to Jan 6.

Based on what I looked at it seemed to me that... CC1 is Rudy Guilliani CC2 is Kurt R. Hilbert CC3 is Sidney Powell CC5 is John Eastman CC6 is Kenneth Chesebro P4 is Jason Miller, btw

I think it was Boris Epshteyn had been reported previously to actually suggest starting the riot in Detroit.

A puzzle box. Oh no. I am more nervous than ever now that Trump will escape justice. The Supreme Court doesn’t care. We are left dangling out here in this unjust world.

I was fine with Anna's internet difficulties and found Roger's "Uh-uh-uh-uh-uh-uh" much harder to deal with. He could benefit from speech therapy.

Doesn’t the Lawfare analysts feel at all responsible for identifying redacted witnesses. They are redacted for a reason. Would Lawfare at all feel responsible if any of the redacted witnesses identified by Lawfare are docsed, SWATed, or worse?
@JarrodFrates
@JarrodFrates 2 күн бұрын
These aren't secret witnesses. They're redacted because it's DOJ policy to redact or not directly identify names of those who are not indicted. If you read the brief, you'll see that they leave in place descriptors that clearly identify them by position, quote, or other references that make it trivial to identify them.

The redacted witnesses were widely identified by major news outlets. Most of us already know who they are.
