This is the game that will finally get my mom into gaming! She loves to mow, she says it is the most stress relieving thing there is. She has a lot of money too so it isn't a "save money" strategy... She has actually gotten pissed at me for trying to help by mowing. Can't wait to show her this!

Little tip from an ex lawn mower. Do 2 to 3 laps around the outside first. It makes turning and keeping your line straight much easier and allows you to cut the lawn in the same direction.

I was thinking the same thing, there is a rule of thumb with mowing and one of those rules isn't mowing right across a open section mow somewhere else. Mowing is a progression of going the same direction with the least amount of reversing and hard turns. I learned from the Master..... my Dad. 😇

@@sgntbilco Same here my father taught me as well. Also if you cut the grass in a diffrent patter each week it will keep the lawn thicker fuller and above all no ruts after a year from the weight of the riding mower. We always went vertical, horizontal, left diagonal, right diagonal. Then repeat.

Was it just me, or did the fact that he kept cutting his entire "square," all four sides of it. As opposed to skipping the two sides at the "front" and the "back" of his "square" in order to continue to cut the longest straight lines possible, across the bulk of the lawn (in order to make the lawn look bigger than it is, with the long lines running up and down your vision)... Did that bother anyone else? Or just me? Btw nice name, fellow hunter!⁸²

I’m a former landscaper and making beautiful lines was one of my favorite parts of the job. When you’re done with a large piece of land and look back over it and it’s beautifully criss-crossed it’s so satisfying. I loved that, it’s just all the other stuff I hated, like 🤮🤮 mulching 🤮🤮. So I might have to buy this game and spend some time reminiscing. You absolutely need a zero turn though if you wanna do the best job so I’ll have to try to get one as early game as I can. Hopefully unlike real life zero turns can’t accidentally dig entire WW1 trenches if you turn too quick in this game.

I don't know why. But I mow lawns from 6:30am-3pm Monday-Friday. Then I come home and mow lawns virtually from 5pm-12am Monday-Sunday, and I love it. Lol :p

The time youre spending doing the lines can be better utilized by doing a complete circle against your initial border and continuing the circles that way you dont have to keep stopping and run the risk of damaging the lawn. The key is circles not lines ✊🏽

On this particular model of riding mower, the blades are located directly beneath the driver. If you look at a profile of your mower, you'll notice the shroud between the front and rear axles. That's the mower deck.
