I use 25-2 autocut heads and keep a spare spool preloaded. My properties are small but its plenty small enough to pop it in a pocket. I find speedfeed heads nearly worthless. A case of something thats great in theory but in practice aint worth AF.

Never used stihl products before. But the speed feed to me is a great trimmer head. I have had zero issues and if the cap breaks it’s $5 to replace. Does the stihl have an replacement for the top cap??

@@TheLawnFellas yes caps are cheap and im rough on them. Ive been using echo pas setups. You can buy a brass reducer bushing that lets you run a stihl head on echo products. No idea for redmax husqvarna etc. I just never could get the holes to line up on the speedfeed heads. I did eat alot of paint chips growing up though so there is that.

@@jasonschultz3140 hahahahah paint chips!! Bro there are arrows that line up on the speed feed. That lines the holes up for ya. But yea stihl is a good product. But I won’t switch over cause of my dealer. But not against it. Gotta do what works best for you. 💪🏼💯
