Looks like floribunda grafted as a standard. Floribundas are awesome, flower in abundance. If you’re in Australia check out Treloars roses, great catalog.

That’s not a residential “yard” 2” is lowest for me. What kills me is these lawn nuts do all this work and use all sorts of chems ect and then cut the grass to 1/2” or less?? Makes no sense get the grass looking great and then mow it down and throw it out?? Makes no sense. Best of luck w your sports fields yard.
