Love This. Do it for yourself. Don't do it for others. Do it because you want to challenge yourself, do it because you know it's the right thing to do.

Yes it’s the right thing to do. That’s my reason when I can’t find motivation or a reason for 40 years. Not always is it enjoyable but it’s always the right thing to do. Realizing this has got me to 50% of my gym visits over the decades. I am legend. This is for you to use. Best

Doing what's right for yourself is important, but it's also important to be flexible and accepting of life's changes. Sometimes our goals and challenges can change, and working for others or for other reasons can also bring significant value and meaning.

With the many edited versions of Goggins, I like this one the most both in content, main message and length….the 15 minutes is just the right amount of time to warm you up before “Staying Hard.”

Like land markers. In the event you get lost, you have a place to go back to so you can redirect your path to get back on track.

I did the as well. There are not too many of us out there. When someone asked me just how I had achieved so much and who had helped me. When I told her that I did not get any help she did not believe me and that is ok.

I had the same thought that parts sound like AI (particularly in the middle). Just went through the comments to see if anyone else noticed.
