You can get 2 guardians in the Polaris hangar if put in sideways.

One standard, one Qi, and a large crew, no bounty's getting away unless they're flying a smaller ship than they normally do. My last player hunt was thwarted by a Corsair choosing to simply tank and run from my single seat fighter after they realized I knew where to go to kite their nose.

One of the best looking ships in the game.

I hope that the Guardian will also fit into the Banu Merchantman. Due to the huge profile of a landed Defender and the large height of the Merchantman's hangar in crossection images this should be possible.
@williamchen524910 сағат бұрын
It most likely can, the last we heard of it is that the hangar size is comparable to the Polaris and Odyssey. (Standardized XS

I could not resist and got a qi version.

I initially got the base but then figured if its only 10$ more why have one less feature for minimal performance loss? I'll only turn it on when I need it, and when I need it id rather be flying wing with someone that way it won't be as punishing to use both qd and lasers. And if I'm going all in on qd and flying with a friend, I can just run ballistics

I wonder if it will fit into a Starlancer TAC hanger. :) TAC will probably be limited to a Fury, but I still have t wonder.

Any thoughts on whether the Guardian can fit in a Liberator?
@matthagen495812 сағат бұрын
I guess the question should not be 'if' rather than 'how many?', with height again being the critical factor for fitting inside the interior. But that indeed would be an interesting one. Has any of you tried yet with white box 3D models of the Liberator?

If you lay down in the door you can tractor a box or a bike over your head alot easier.

1:50 Yesterday I was shopping for a new runabout daily driver ship and this is the #1 reason why I bought the Intrepid and not the Guardian. The cargo bay doors on the Intrepid are just incredibly good design, where the Guardian really is made for zero cargo hauling capacity. Arguably the Intrepid is the #1 best designed ship in Star Citizen to date.
@CraigPaschang19 сағат бұрын
Have you tried loading the Intrepid? The clearance is barely enough to get crates on the platform.
@budthecyborg457517 сағат бұрын
@@CraigPaschang Yes it's snug but both cargo sleds are accessible from front or rear, and you still board the ship using a ramp with full cargo. The new design meta is elevators for cargo not for players. And being able to access cargo from the interior without impeding mobility at all means you effectively have 4SCU worth of gun storage.
@DarkSpyro70715 сағат бұрын
its almost like the heavy FIGHTER wasnt designed to carry cargo....
@budthecyborg457514 сағат бұрын
@@DarkSpyro707 Guardian is basically the same size as a Cutlass and that ship hauls 46SCU.
@matthagen495811 сағат бұрын
@@budthecyborg4575 And you also can fit several additional boxes into the Intrepid's interior if needed. My personal tested maximum are 10 additional 1 SCU boxes with even more being possibile, should you really be into it and need it in a certain situation, and that it not even including the hab or corridor.
