I was a Long Island kid who moved to Florida. I came back to New York in 1981. Just my luck I got to watch every single Lawrence Taylor game in giant's history and in my history. Undoubtedly the best defensive player. I ever saw in my entire life and I am now 65 years old. I got to watch the 85 bears defense and then the 86 giants defense. I count myself very lucky that I watch the NFL before it went to s***

I am 41 years old and Ray Lewis was one of my favorite players. As a Giants fan, Ray Lewis was fckn amazing. He just is not even in this realm though. Yes, they played 2 different positions, but Ray inside was not what LT was outside. Derrick Thomas was pretty close though.
