Good review Nick. He actually did that for the 7th anniversary party and bottle release last April so you are drinking batch 3. Was on draft at pro pig that weekend as well. My favorite Lawson's beer weekend in VT thus far. First few times I had DS it blew my mind. The last bath a few months ago did not stand up. I still prefer double factoring out the last batch but triple is a special beer for sure. Cheers man!

Crazy the bottle I had a few weeks ago did have tropical fruit but it was overshadowed by the sweetness, maltiness and alcohol...very good but I think triple IPA's might not be my thing.

Beer is not meant to be consumed at fridge temp. Just stored at fridge temp. The beer should consumed between 45 and 65 degrees depending on style. Not 35-40 like most fridges hold at. The tongue can't taste as well at cooler temps. That's why Coors wants you to drink their product while the mountains are blue

beardown2489 Thats not what I meant. I meant for IPA's. Of course they can't be ice cold but why let them warm up for so long
