I cannot express my love for Japanese convenience stores. I feel like we got the short end of the stick here. I could go to the store and get the best pudding I've ever had in my life for a 200 yen. Also, access to Onigiri in the morning is just magical.

The chicken teriyaki and egg is the first convenience store thing I tried after getting to Okinawa and yeah, thats easily my favorite thing I've tried so far. I love how easy it is to just walk in to a place like 7/11 ans just get yourself a meal. I just had pasta with demiglas sauce. Not amazing, but tasty enough and it filled me up.

In Hawaii, our 7-11s have all kinds of Japanese and Asian treats. Easy place to get a Spam Musubi or Manapua (char siu bao) is 7-11, and they're pretty good!
