Probably a stretch but hear me out: The line “Marshall you’re on fire / I look down and say no I’m not you’re a liar” Everyone caught the “liar liar pants on fire” flip but I think it could also mean when the lady said “you’re on fire” he looked down in discouragement and denied that he is on fire (almost in a self-conscious way about his music) but then when she mentioned Dre, he kicked it back into gear and got motivated again.
