Thank you very much to MJTV and expert lawyer Faisal Ch. We had a detailed discussion regarding the Al-Qadir case. Undoubtedly, there are many flaws in this case. The biggest flaw is that all the nominated accused should be presented before the court. In any case, the next stages of this case will be observed very closely. It is hoped that the court will uphold the Constitution, justice, and rights. Otherwise, the justice system will face severe risks. It is expected that the honorable court will consider all aspects of the case.

There are many citations of superior courts thereby the prosecution has to prove its case beyoned even the littl doubt goes in favor of the accused. Since present scenerio is different does not favor to IK and such events are going to be placed on the pages of the history wouldd be remebered to those who have contributed their shares in such events who created and botheted to the nations inand outside the boundries.

MJ read Bahria Town case judgment authored by QAZI which lists the transactions and funds remitted by Mashraq Bank UK from the accounts of Malik Riaz family as per account holders instructions. 😊

On 3 December 2019 the NCA issued a press statement announcing that it had agreed a £190 million settlement as a result of its investigation into Mr Malik. The settlement included a UK property valued at approximately £50 million and all the funds in the frozen accounts. The NCA announced that the assets would be returned to the State of Pakistan. The settlement was underpinned by a “Framework Agreement” dated 6 November 2019 made between the NCA and Mr Ali. It identified that the monies which had been the subject of the settlement would be paid towards the Rs 460 billion Bahria Town were ordered to pay by the Supreme Court of Pakistan in its judgment dated 21 March 2019. As a result of this agreement the AFOs were subsequently set aside by agreement.
