Florida is a 2 party consent state on recording. So even if they do have Billy on a phone call it would not matter. It would have been illegally obtained.

Anyone can file a lawsuit. It doesn’t need merit. We all know this is a money grab. Best thing is to let this play out. No countersuit is necessary and would only muddy the waters.

Every one acting like he filed the lawsuit. His agent , lawyer or someone in a higher position in that kids life convinced that kid to sue. It’s the “adults “ that are money hungry and cashing in on any and every opportunity to get money before it’s finally managed. He did Florida no favors with that example! If you say "Let's Make A Deal"! In a nut shell, that means both parties are open to compromising something. If you say there's 13K behind this door and 9K behind this door. aAl the while, there's nothing behind either door...thats not coming to the table with a deal. Of course you're gonna lose, it wasnt set up to make a deal from the beginning. That makes the universities appear deceptive!
