It should not prove difficult for Justin Bieber to show the recording has been sold without his knowledge and consent, simply because all porn movies have to register proof all involved are of legal age, and have passed the necessary medical examinations and -tests. And off course the fact he neither received payment, nor signed a release contract for the recording. So obviously both the recording has not been done according to law, and the sale has been without Bieber's knowledge and approval. The FBI should outbid the other bidders, but instead of purchasing the recording, arrest the seller for being in posession of illegal porn, forcing them to prove they both the recording, which would show the identity of the original seller. Only if that proved to be Combs would the recording have been proven to have originated from him. Even if Combs had concealed cameras all over the property, that in itself does not prove the footage in question was not made by others. Guests or staff who secretely made recordings of what happened at the parties to sell for profit without Combs or any others' knowledge or participation.
