Loving this!🤗 I'm also trying to lose a bit of weight (not too much, just a little trim). I already exercise 5 days a week (and I'm a bit obsessed with my steps but I definitely need to buy the apple watch instead of holding my phone everywhere😂), but I wanted to change my diet so I basically cut out everything unhealthy except for cereals (+ I'll get myself a muffin once a week as a treat) and I've incorporated a bit of intermediate fasting. You look amazing by the way🤭!
