The lawyer should go and school NDC lawyers who didn't know this, who always make supporters feel bad about the smartness of the NPP. A judge can make this decision for the EC meanwhile, the EC didn't go to the court, but rather the NDC. If nothing at all, the judge should have thrown out the case, but not to rule for the EC who is sitting home watching tv. So it means the judge was expecting NPP to come so he can help them, and thank God NDC went there, giving him the opportunity to rule for the NPP 😅
