There’s no set in stone determination for a defendant violating a plea agreement. Plus there was no “full punishment” or whatever you’re saying. He never went to trial and he didn’t get parole.

I'm not sure why she chose to change up her story on the real, but these days, people are more interested in public opinion then actual evidence in a case. She told various versions of who was at court with her. She said her aunt was with her then she said Kenny parents was with her pretending to be her aunt and uncle... Then what got me looking at her sideways is when she was clubhouse last week she clearly said "I couldn't let him and friends do this to me again" .....again would mean that there was previous contact. This statement along backs the cousin version of what really happened...

She initially claimed he actually raped her physically at knife point, but somehow it was changed to ‘attempted rape’. Usually if someone claims rape, particularly a minor, a “rape kit” would be performed by an issued gynaecologist (within a period of time), and off that basis along with the whiteness’s story etc, the case would be built. Why was it changed to “attempted rape” then? Did the ‘rape kit’ go against her original story? Also, why is her entire family going against her initial claims from the 1996 case? Why are there claims that they were “dating” by others while she says otherwise?
