I have 1 question maybe you can answer. My sister got federal time since she had a firearm while she was dealing out of her house. Also with trafficking since the meds came from Michigan and she's in Knoxville Tennessee. I am 100% sure she herself never crossed state lines, but my question is how can they get her with trafficking without going across state lines or knowing for sure where she got them? I do know they raided her house and had proper warrants, and the prosecutors said basically if it wasn't for her they would've never been brought across lines. My guess somebody told, she pled guilty to get a better sentence as she told me I knew the risk when I was doing it. I can tell you she had 2 pistols, around 80gs, 2 lbs of marijuana, and like 80 something opana 40s (strong pain meds), and she had just like 40 oxycodone 30s. She had been raided 2 other times and once they didn't find anything, and the second time they found very little and most of what they said they found "disappeared". That time she only did 4 weekends, because the officer never showed up to court and was later fired for being caught stealing evidence from the scene. Like she told me they took 50 pills, but she was charged with 10. It was same with the money they found, and no one in their right mind would say hey charge me with the other pills you took from me. As I said she pled guilty and got 9 years federal at 100% as part of her pleading guilty.

@@TopMusicAttorney thanks for the reply and love your channel, but she's already pled guilty and is almost 2 years into her sentence. Thanks though for the offer, I just wondered how the trafficking law worked when you don't leave the state. As I said she pled guilty and got very lucky she didn't get more time. I just didn't know how they knew the stuff came from another state, unless someone told or maybe they got information from her phone because they only let her keep the clothes on her back and took everything she had.
