Jeez will the CommonWealth, , not call Pathologist, autopsy results, and cop leader of investigation. Is it so bad,??? make defense call these witnesses. As hostile witnesses. Procter...

As an ER Nurse, I am 1000000% with you on this Peter. I literally screamed out loud… Since when did cops become medical professionals who can diagnose and connect injuries to cause of death! Ummmm no sir! Even a doctor cannot make these calls without imaging and it’s still attached to differential diagnoses. So frustrating!!

I worked in a jail as a nurse years ago. There is a good ole boy code that exists. I was a part of it for years. They are going to back each other up come hell or high water. If they don't, you are breaking the bro code. That's my opinion on some parts of this case. I am having a lot of issues with this case. Seeing her car back into Johns car makes me think, If she was being charged for backing into that car, they would have used that ring bell camera as evidence, stating there was damage . But in this case they are saying, oh no...there was no damage...wth! That bothers me. I'm still waiting for the states smoking gun. I don't want to say she's guilty or innocent yet. But if I was a juror watching this clown show, At this point I would be frustrated because this case shouldn't have been tried in the 1st place, based on the evidence that the state has brought forward so far. I believe the Defense is making a better case so far. They actually make sense to me! I know the case isn't over... So I will wait as patiently as I can! I enjoyed this episode! Thanks again LYK!

The police go to her parents house to pick up the SUV. Trooper Yuri said today that he noticed damage to the passenger side tail light and he asked Trooper Proctor to confirm he saw the same damage. I don't know the procedures or protocols, but given your training and experience, why did they not take any close up photos of the damage before anyone went near it or why not call the crime scene people and secure some solid evidence before the car was towed? Even in the Sally port the was no close up photos.

I was thinking the exact same thing! That tail light is not evidence to me because there are no close up pictures dated the am that she was questioned right after the innocent. The fact that he defined abrasions completely wrong. Yes, it does affect the epidermis, he got that! However, it is NOT caused by blunt force....NOT AT ALL! It's actually minor scraping of the epidermis, or a superficial burn from friction. He should've never been allowed to say that! I'm an ER nurse and I've seen 100's or more of abrasions and blunt force trauma. And, if you can pull those injuries apart they are lacerations, not scratches.

***IMPORTANT*** Big glitch during garage closure. You can also see at the end of the video in the Sallyport where there is a glitch of time looking at the three people at the back of Karen’s car. The guy at the front of the video disappears as well. The blue numbers for the second counter are off as well at the same time between 53 and 54. You can see the cut even in the seconds. During the glitch. The seconds continue after the glitch and jump again from 1 to 8 seconds then the video ends. Very suspicious. 🤨 This is a mirror video. So the tow truck driver pulled the car in, got out with his phone, almost ate shit at the front of the car, then took a photo of the license plate then the VIN to document the delivery. Left. 4 people suspiciously hanging around broken tail light on other side then one of them comes over and shakes someone’s hand (or hands something off) then hugs them. The rest come over one by one and shake hands. Total of 7 people in the sally port at this point. Door closes with huge glitch on video at that time and only 4 people left. 🧐

For me, AJ’s wrap-up regarding the glass was a huge AHA 🤯 moment for me … NONE of the glass submitted matched the drinking glass. The ONLY glass that matched another piece was glass from the bumper and a single piece found at the scene. What I took from that was the drinking glass had to have been broken inside the house, leaving Proctor with a gap to fill … hence, “stand alone” unconnected glass was added to the crime scene to make up for the drinking glass next to JO being broken. If I was on the jury, this would feel like the first piece of Scientific evidence in support of a cover-up (so far).
@adrianekyle8799
@adrianekyle8799 3 ай бұрын
Also, I think the way Lally referred to the glass by numbers only was intentional - he wanted the jury to hear that some of the pieces matched and just assume it was matches to the drinking glass, when in fact, once broken down, the only matching pieces were the unrelated bits on the bumper and the single piece from the scene. He didn’t want that evidence to be clear.

High school science classes taught me that there's no way Karen's tail light would've shattered from the impact of a 4000 lb SUV hitting a freestanding, (relatively) squishy & lightweight human. That damage could only be caused by impact with a solid, stationary object like a parked vehicle or a brick wall or by being smashed w/ a hammer or bat. When those lights break, any broken pieces don't fall outward, but rather, inward, inside the housing. That's why the piece that broke at 5am when Karen backed into John's car didn't land on the ground. Believing in Karen's innocence & the McAlberts' involvement is neither unreasoned nor unfair due to the known facts. It's the ONLY logical conclusion one may arrive at if they're paying attention to the McAlberts' texts to each other & their collusion in person during or preceding police interviews. "Hos long to die in cold" was searched by Jen at 2:27am and it was deleted prior to handing her phone over. Cellbrite data proved that! How is that NOT proof that she knew John was on the lawn at 2:27am???

It hasn't been proven that Jennifer made that search at 2:27. There isn't any proof that John went inside the house. It is very unfair to accuse the Alberts of being involved in the crime. Right?!? I went back and looked at the photos of our car from when we hit a deer. We were on a highway, going at least 50 mph when a fairly large buck came running across the road. The damage was primarily to the front passenger side. Part of the grill was broken out, the bumper was cracked, there was also a puncture in the bumper just below the headlight, and the hood and headlight were both knocked out of alignment. But the light itself was not broken. An average full grown buck weighs about as much as an adult man. If hitting one at highway speed was not enough to crack a headlight, I have a hard time believing a tail light is going to shatter from hitting a person while backing out of a driveway. There's simply not enough force involved.

And let's not forget "the guy never entered the house" "exactly." That moment made me take the conspiracy seriously. I will say I strongly disagree that this is good law. Having to defend yourself in court on a murder charge is incredibly stressful and extremely expensive and the process can be punishment in and of itself. As a former waitress, I didn’t ring in water or soda water on the receipt because it was free where I was serving, and it saved me time.. The type of glass is irrelevant, imo. I served pop in all kinds of glasses… She ALLEGEDLY had 1 drink at 8:58, 2nd 9:15, 3rd at 9:20*, 4th at 9:33pm*, 5th and 6th by 9:57, 7th at 10:29… Shot glass could have been a shot, OR simple syrup, OR lemon juice, OR lime juice… we don’t know. Unless it’s on the receipt, we don’t know. Did John drink any of her drink at all? If she had that much alcohol, the bar should have been fined for over serving her. She didn’t appear to have eaten anything. She would have been stumbling if not more. KR= ~$50- 2 Tito’s at $10 each, so that 1 coors would have cost >$20, no way! The math ain’t mathing! The illegal search and seizure of her car and phone shows her being singled out as the only suspect from the jump. By the afternoon/evening of 1/29, they already had her car and phone. No search of 34 Fairview, no questioning of witnesses who live at 34 Fairview by this time…

I cant wait for you to get to when Alan Jackson was able to point out that 7-14 from the scene (collected by Proctor) was said not to match anything on the bumper. It was a little difficult to follow, but when he zeroed in on 3-3 e from the items found on the bumper, she then nervously said it was structurally and mechanically consistent with 7-14. I think, just realizing the correlation fornthe first time. I take that to mean those 2 items match each other, 1 from the bumper and the other from the scene, but neither matched the tail light lens or the drinking glass. So apparently, "something" stray, not tail light lens and not drinking glass, had a piece of itself on the bumper collected after the car was towed, and another piece of it was collected at the scene. If the implication is that this foreign item was deposited in 2 places and found at different times, in what scenario do you think that may have occurred? Because it did occur. I think they got a little carried away planting evidence. Bukhenic even found the drinking straw. IMAGINE THAT!

I don’t think they need to claim all these witnesses were “in on it.” I think Proctor, Lank, Brian, Jen and Matt all pushed hard for Karen to be charged, and in so doing, testimony was shaded and tailored and outright changed to try to get Karen convicted; Proctor manipulated and planted evidence to bolster the case against Karen. All of that has been pretty well established in my opinion, certainly enough for reasonable doubt. On top of that, I think much of the investigation driven by Proctor intentionally avoided investigating anything that might have exonerated Karen. The reason these people have lied and manipulated evidence is to keep the focus on Karen and away from themselves. I’m not convinced anyone in the house killed John, intentionally or accidentally, but I’m not totally convinced that John wasn’t injured by someone in the home or the dog.

I think the problem with the high level/last expert is that she did what she was told but didn't think about it or try to find the relevance so she didn't process what she was saying, she should have created her own summary like Jackson's exhibit as a cheat sheet, without 20 pages report she was totally lost and with the numbers. After all that time, I was confused and believing that another match from John was matching the evidence left in the car, but at the end that was not the case!!! So I felt Lally complicates things to confuse. The same thing trying to confuse with the drinks, whatever they saw in the video, I didn't see with partial obstructed views of the drinks, so how can Trooper B state it as FACT, best case scenario you leave it for the jury to watch and count whatever they want. I didn't see it and don’t get the point of adding shots of vodka to melted ice, to me adding lime juice/soda or something to your old vodka, if not I would get a whole new fresh drink if you are already paying for the vodka shot. I need to see the receipts and I don’t know why there were not shown, we already had the bartender too, could it be that Lally doesn't have other proof the 7-9 drinks?

For everyone. The tail light could have cracked when she hit the car. Then during the missing time in the sally port the light could have been broken further. Bigger pieces collected and randomly over time dispersed in the yard. Just because defense says it’s broken doesn’t mean it shattered

No tail light broken in JOK driveway. There was a video that showed a complete but cracked tail light, at night with the light complete!.

The defense needs to call Procter. He will plead the fifth and that's the end of the case.

When cops offer up testimony without being asked, it makes me question why are you introducing this and who coached you on trying to bring this into the testimony.

The part of the taillight that was still missing after they fit all the pieces together that they found is the same part that was missing the morning they found the body.

Also broken parts were clean as a whistle. Despite being "out in the snow" for weeks
