I think one reason she was aiming for more control is because she wanted to have a producing/ directing role. She sent texts talking about her “dragons” (husband and friends), saying they demand respect when they are in a room and how she needed to be more like them, basically. She sees her husband and Taylor Swift in these bigger roles and having control over their projects. I believe she really wanted to be more than just the actress due to this inferior feeling! She wanted to feel more powerful and feel equal to others in her life.

Without the defense being allowed to present the Odinist theory developed by the Feds, that questionnaire leaves it in the minds of jurors that Richard Allen was an Odinist & this was a ritual he did. I think it's very odd. Defense should've been allowed to present the law enforcement theory about that.

I don't care I don't care! How hard the other jurors rode you! If you think someone is innocent you stand up for them without wavering!!!!! Have a backbone! My God! So gross that they let someone bully them into another verdict than they decided on!

Bridge guy is literally recorded kidnapping the girls at gun point. RA tells police he’s there, at the same time, wearing the exact outfit, with zero other alibi. He is bridge guy. I cannot understand how any other verdict could have been reached.
@MC-mh2ju2 сағат бұрын
Go watch the video interviews of the defense attorneys. The prosecution never presented any evidence that “bridge guy” was the kidnapper or the murderer.

@32:40 sshpikdnt it be the exact opposite, that she should start at Richard Allen is presumed innocent and of dhe is going to "play devil's advocate" it should be her entertaining the state's narrative? And if unsure she was given instructions to side with hos presumed innocence.

Did no one stop to think about how guns are made. Interchangeable parts. That tells me that a simple action like racking a round will leave similar if not identical marks on multiple guns of the same make and model. The only time that can change is when the round is fired. Fire a round changes variables based on heat, and that differs based on the amount of powder in the round. Bullets come with different amounts of powder. There is a good reason that type of analysis is not normally done. It is almost junk science.

i always love your videos bc you always remind me what being impartial actually means. every time i think i can, i hear someone speak confidently about my opposite opinion and IMMEDIATELY get frustrated and want to argue. i respect that she did her best to take this seriously, but this just shows me that the third party culprit evidence NEEDED to be allowed in, i think it would have made a huge difference.

@Amanda K of course the law is going to keep speaking when his clinic is accused of being a SEXUAL PREDATOR! You realize that the accusations only as ruin this mains career. Sitting on that for two years til the court date will only make it worst. And stop acting like Blake side is sitting doing nothing. The hypocrisy. It’s fine if you believe Blake but stop with the gaslighting!

I feel she was maybe going through some post partum issues and having major insecurity’s and sometimes women after having a baby some things happening they take completely out of context and get upset especially with insecurity involved and clearly she has some past history or trauma she brought into this and unfortunately she took it to this limit i feel once she is at-least 1-2 years post partum she will heavily regret this. You even sall her defensiveness and insecurity’s show through other interviews which she was under fire for because the interviewer brought up her being pregnant. Pregnancy makes us as women nuts I’ll be the first to admit i am not the same person normally compared to the pregnant me.

She’s been this way for years, way back in her Gossip Girl days in the 00’s. Sorry, this is just her personality. It does stem from insecurity, but she has had decades to take responsibility for it and she still hasn’t.

WHY did you skip the texts that were really eye opening. The one that Blake had spliced. You need to include where they added in the parts Blake tried to leave out.....where they are laughing saying...Justin thinks the truth wins and they laugh saying, it doesn't...where the reply was something in essence that what they were saying about Justin wasn't true....and how naive he was for thinking the truth would win. I feel so disappointed because before I read those texts (popcorn planet shows them all)....I have changed my mind and now side with Justin.

He's actually being extremely neutral and kind if leaning into Baldoni's evidence. He literally filmed this as soon as he had the time to read the the lawsuit same day. And he did say if people want, he'll go through the text and emails.

The most important evidence Justin can use to defend himself and to win his case is dailies/unused footage/offscreen footage/deleted scenes. But from what we've read so far, from Blake & Justin lawsuits, both have it. They can use it for their own advantage, paint it into different pictures, etc. I hope when the dailies become admissable later, they can release it to the public. I bet many people want to see the full picture instead of this back and forth arguing through lawyers lol

I want to see the HR stuff. The contracts, the SH filing, the emails documenting the problems on set, the forensic trail tracking if there were bots in social media and whose bots were they. I have a suspicion that BL’s team torched their own client on social media so they would have an excuse to file her claim against JB. And I’m pretty sure that there is text documentation of BL crossing the line with JB, intimately. I want to see how deep all of this goes.

We don't have jury trials in Sweden. In the first trial (lowest court) there are two solicitors and three from the general public (well, the latter are retired local politicians in reality). One of the solicitors is also chairman. They take a vote at the end of the trial and that verdict gets appealed to a higher court almost by default and unlike in the US the appeal isn't just based on judicial error, evidence is taken into account too. In this court the solicitors are in majority and it's quite common that this higher court over turnes the sentence of the lower court. Ususally they're stricter and decide that people that are convicted in the lower court should walk free, due to not enough evidence, or should be given shorter/different punishment.. There's usually an out-cry from the public when that happens. There is an even higher court, but they don't try cases unless the case is useful to give guidance to the lower courts on how to interpret the law and what punishment would be appropiate. I do think that we should have your jury system, even though I find it kind of scary. Sentiments shouldn't be a factor, to be likeable shouldn't be a factor - and to be honest, people in general here in Sweden can hardly tie their shoes.
