Thank you sir!🙏🙏 31(C) also had a 2nd clause which says that such laws made "shall not be questioned in any court", and later keshvanand bharti judgment 1973 made this 2nd proviso of 31(C) unconstitutional and invalid. Then 42nd amendment 1976 extended the scope of 1st provision of 31(C) i.e. for any DPSP. {DPSP>FR} And then in 1980 Minerva mills judgment invalidated this extension of 31(c) as unconstitutional. So as of now FR>DPSP but 39b&c > Art14&19

As you said now the compensation in case of acquisition of property will only be given to farmers and minorities institutions that means if the property of a person is acquired in normal cases , compensation will not be given? ( as the person is not a farmer )
