Chisiya figured out it was the map to the Tokyo subway station sometime after retrieving it off that tagger.... Another fun fact...the person with the hurt leg in the Bus Tunnel game was also a Tagger (manga content). thought that was a nice twist as well that wasn't mentioned in the live action.

I think in the series he actually isn’t a dealer because he played with the guys for 4 games AND helped them survive. If he was the dealer he would have never let Arisu put gas in the bus. In the manga he literally just sat around and the girl happened to understand the assignment.

My personal opinion: Alice in Borderland is the better and less popular version of Squid Game

They are very similar, but I don't know if it's right to compare them, directly at least. Alice is all about the death game, whereas Squid Game is more character study/social commentary via a death game. I do agree with the sentiment though, I much prefer Alice :)

They’re not the same at all. AIB is all about the exciting death games (although by the end of the manga it takes a different turn) while Squid Game is a SOCIAL COMMENTARY. The rich people are enjoying the games and betting on them. There’s no need for crazy games like we get in AIB. I mean there’s a whole episode without a single game simply showing how cruel the world is we’re living in.

I still wonder how s2 will turn out now that they’ve killed off Niragi and Aguni. No spoilers but in the manga they’re very important for the next arc. Since they have taken some scenes from later in the manga it’s quite obvious that they studied the whole thing so…. Why would they kill them off?

The penultimate episode in both this and Squid Game were the weakest for me, good finales though. The second season is filmed and should be available by the end of the year.
