@@chinto50 Yes it was. And Clapton himself said the groove of Lay Down Sally was "as close as an Englishman could get to being J.J. Cale." The B-side of the single was Clapton's cover of Cale's song "Cocaine." Love both Clapton and Cale --- so glad they later collaborated.

Best medley ever…. I keep watching this, over and over , You have inspired me to learn this medley and play it at my weekly jam. You guys are tight.. well done. I attend an acoustic jam and the only amped up rig is the bass. Acoustic pickin sounds a lot better than amped up rigs in my opinion and you guys hit it .
