In 3 days It has almost 40 million views on weibo and top the charts in china. We did not trend this song in twitter because we respect the current situation right now about the black lives matter✊🏾✊🏿 and I hope our voices will be heard. Lets not be quiet about it ✊🏿✊🏾✊🏽✊🏼... so i dont know if non fans knows this already. But its okay, he recieved so much in china, he got 1.5 million pre order in 7 minutes. But I know this kind of MV deserve recognition outside china. ZhangYixing/ lay zhang wants M-pop to be known worldwide and I hope even we are silently supporting his 4th album, even we did not trend this, I hope he will get the recognition what they really deserve for him and for the people who worked behind this MV. This is such a masterpiece,they deserve so much more. I never seen an MV like this. This should be known worldwide, I hope people will watch this video and buy his album internationally, all the song in his album is great .They really deserve the best recognition. This was filmed in the biggest film studio in the world and the money he spent is from his pocket. There are hundreds of extras here and staffs, those are real people.. and dexter studio who special effects im kungfu yoga and parasite is the one who made the special effect in this video. And Zhang Yixing/Lay Zhang did almost the work here... if you'll read the credits it his name mentioned a lot. There is chinese reactor who react Lay's LIT video and he explained the deeo meaning of this concept.. And he wants all the people's name to be in the credits that's why it is so long. And Ps. wonder if you noticed by Lay have diversity in his background dancers. Amongst them(even more obvious than others) are African American dancers. This is why I really like Lay, he arranges his dancers due to skill and not color. Even when this MV is very heavily cultured towards Chinese history. I don't think many are willing to do that.....(or maybe because I just didn't pay attention to other celebrities correct me if I'm wrong....)

Yo, when y'all did the shoulder thing, I had to rewind it so we could do it together. I don't know the popularity both Lay and Jackson have in China right now very well (I know they're popular just not how much) but they seem to be facing the same challenges at the moment and it might have to be because they started in Kpop and went home with the knowledge. I'm so happy in how far Lay came as he was one of the least popular members in EXO and he decided to put respect on his name, nothing but hard work and persistence.

I am sure you know & have your own thoughts, here’s what I put together ... I’ve been waiting for his new album to came out giving out teasers along with concept photos. It’s finally here OMG someone pinch me? I’m upsettingly rusty on Chinese history because it looks like he clipped out last half of a movie then breaks into singing/rapping. There’s so much but I don’t where to start since I still can’t get over how darn hardcore LIT our boy is being with a DRAGON and KILLER VISUALS 👀🔥while trying to expand China to the world through music even though local fans and anti fans don’t want that to happen 🙄 So in MV he (Lotus) is fighting against the ones (JADE) trying to keep the changes from happening. FUN FACT: he also plays the male & female roles. I’ll have review some more to fully understanding it but IN MY OPINION when he says “Taking China to the World” I think the song speaking for today’s generation about being done with the political issues, hatred, discrimination between countries and wants it to end because its a new start of a dacade; things need to change if their country along with the world is ever going to strive forward and he wants to be the first to break through that wall. #TakingChinaToTheWorld #LayZhangLIT #BlackLivesMatter hence the two black guys dancers in the front of him!

I think you're reaching a bit too much, he has a good reputation in China and is well received there. However, the more famous, the more hate you'll get and that is what he's been facing and decided to reply with Lit. According to some Chinese comments I've seen, Lotus is used to call someone who seems fragile on the outside but the opposite on the inside. When he says Taking China to the World he means spreading C-pop and making the world know about it.
