I love this little hair cut. I need a new cut andI use to be a cosmetologist and I may try this on me somehow. I tried 1 of your other hair cuts ( Steven/ The Salon guy) and I liked it. My grown son actually helped me as I in strucked him on where to cut as I positioned my hair.

Hey Steven, great video. I'm currently growing out my hair, i'm at 9 months with very straight fine hair. i would like to hear you talk about that topic, i'm picturing a River Phoenix in "I Love you to death" kind of hairstyle. but i'm unsure if i should cut the back, feels kinda like a mullet. Yes, I love razor cuts. Trouble is most people don't know how to do them. They give a much better flow of the hair. More movement. I wonder if you could do this cut a little longer.

I'm on lockdown & have followed KZbin videos on how to cut my own hair, which, in the front, like you just showed us, was good. The back was a disaster. I have always had thick hair that needed a lot of texturing. Now, at 68, my hair is falling out, so texturing won't be as much as before. I have a very prominent part on the right side which follows in the back a real swirl. So, tell me if I should try to cut the back again & what do I do to coverup the swirl. Thank you so much. Trims just keep the ends looking healthy. Hair grows from the scalp not the ends

Can you tell me what angles did you use in the nape area? Occipital area?

No......it has two levels. I prefer the back to blend right down into sides. So was this supposed to be a bi-level? Rest of cut was spectacular! I have been trying to get a stacked bob, but now I see why my Stylist was doing it the way she has been. Layered Bob. 😔I have very fine hair. And she blunt cuts it. So thank you for helping me sort that out! ☺️👍🏼

I like the cut, but I have fine hair.. the hairs themselves are fine. And it's thinning a bit by the crown.. It's thin on top in the front. Also it's wavy. It does have good body. I've lost my hair due to warfarin. I'm presently trying a few products combined to get it growing again. Collagen with Hyluronic Acid and Vitamin C... Really makes it grow. I'm using biotin spray on the thin spots. If I had money, I'd buy one of those red light hats. They do work. I haven't personally tried it tho. But collagen with Hyluronic Acid and Vitamin C... Taken together really really work. Would this be a good haircut for me. I'm 71. Not all grey yet. I really like your videos. No I'm not a stylist. My Dad and brother were barbers. But I've really gotten interested in hairstyles. Cutting etc. You're a really good teacher. I've learned so much just watching over the last few years. I do wish I could get you to style my hair. Nobody here takes the time to style is older ladies hair. I get really upset when they give me an old lady cut. It's like some don't want to be bothered with us. Then there's those who don't seem to know what to do with our hair. This is where I think stylists need better training. We may be older, but we still want to be pretty and sexy too. We're not dead yet.

I have tried to watch this video three times now - you sure do like the sound of your voice. Fewer words would be helpful, maybe limit yourself to what needs to be said to adequately convey your ideas so people don't just give up halfway through your ridiculously long video.
