Well that's a WOW card. Just amazing. You are so kind to think of the people in nursing homes. I have been a nurse since 1977 and I can tell you that those people are so often forgotten

I totally agree that these Sunny Studio layering stamps are sensational!!! I've looked at similar stamps by other companies and I still like these best. The images seem so realistic, as if they are truly 3 dimensional. Love the stamps and the cards you've designed here!!! I'm sure the nursing home residents were blessed by your kindness!

LOVE this!!! When I saw the tree branch and the beautiful bell, I chuckled--because of YOUR wonderful list of 35+ Black Friday and onward coupons (thank you, Jennifer--SO much!!!), I had gone on to look at the Sunny Studio site that weekend, and I'd ordered that very stamp set, the Holiday-Styled stamp set with the matching dies plus the Merry Sentiments stamp set with the matching die (I love old-fashioned tree lights, couldn't resist it) for that sale. I was also THRILLED to find out that their shipping to Canada was SO reasonable. It's all I bought those 2 sets and the dies, so when I saw your card, it was a thrill that I'd already bought them and they are on their way to me. Jennifer, I found you this year, and I cannot begin to tell you how much I have learned from you and how much I enjoy watching you. Your wonderful heart always sings through, and your love for others as well as for your Savior is so clear, and I admire that so much! Thank you for the honor of being able to watch you and to learn from you, and to ENJOY watching someone I truly admire!!! And when you've had your sweet daughter on, wow that was great--thank you for the joy of that little snippet. Reminds me of when my now 14 year old nephew was little, he would enjoy making cards with me then... Now he plays football and does other things, but his heart is still so warm. Thank you too for all of your Kindness drives, I am hoping and praying in the new year that I will actually be able to start taking part in some of them. I also have on my heart something special that I hope with the help of many many other card-makers that I will be able to help brighten the lives of a group of people who do so much for others in God's name. I deal with a disability that doesn't allow me to get out much, and I haven't been able to make a lot of cards this year, but I love watching and learning so that when I can--I know what to do. :) And so much I have learned from you. One dear friend from my church when I lived in the US while going to graduate school (lived there 5 years because I did two grad degrees...so they became close friends) let me know her granddaughter loves to make cards, and I was THRILLED to think of YOUR site for her (she's starting HS I believe or perhaps a little younger), because I know it's a safe site and it's one where she will learn and grow as a card-maker, just as I do... SO sorry this is so long, but I am afraid I'm not good at leaving short notes. I needed to take this opportunity to THANK YOU for all you have given to me and to so many others, and know that I am excited when I see you have a new video up! Many of the stamps and dies I have bought this year are ones I have seen on your videos, many are faith-based, and you have introduced me to some wonderful companies like Honey Bee, Concord & 9th, and now to Sunny Studio! I have bought a couple of the Hero Arts kits (missed out on that WONDERFUL snow-globe one...may be I'll find it for sale someday...), and I and several of my friends bought their Prayers stamp and die set, I was THRILLED when Simon Says Stamp brought it back out and I bought it the very first day! :) May you and your family have a VERY BLESSED Christmas! I am not able to make Christmas cards this year, I've been putting any energy I have into a complete overhaul of my stamps, dies, and all of my crafting room, and so I look forward (Lord willing...) to making Christmas cards next year starting in the very early fall... Perhaps it will be a combination of this new Sunny Studio stamp set--I have wanted a branch just like that one to hang old-fashioned ornaments on it and I also bought Lawn Fawn's String Of Lights die set, so ideas are going around. Not that I have your talent of course, but I am thrilled like today when I was thinking that the branch was too flat, then you of course added dimension--but I know I'm learning because I thought it before you did it--that was encouraging to me. I was a classical musician, performer and professor before I was disabled, so this is a far cry from what I did, but it gives me joy to make a beautiful card, and I thank you for teaching me so much. Blessings, Jennifer, and thank you! Joanne

I am having bit of trouble with my misti. Sometimes the stamp sticks to the paper, then it pulls it and moves it. So now, I always have to get a tool like some scissors to lift the lid slowly then I stick the scissors in to hold the paper down. Yes, the magnets are strong, but they dont hold the paper down.
@AafkeVultink8 жыл бұрын
Tip: Memento Loveletters layered ( It needs layering, though, otherwise it will be to bright ) is an awesome christmas red if you don't have the Lawnfawn. I am drooling all over the misti cause I can't buy it yet. I can buy the Mini but it won't do for bigger background stamps, so that would be a waste of money, I'll save some more for the medium misti. Jay. Bell was better w/o embossing, but damn that's awesome.
