After much deliberation, I have decided to release this class for free in a series of videos that will be added to a playlist. This is the foundation of my zine “Inner Temple Building” and is the methodology behind journaling that I have discussed openly both on Substack and Instagram. I want to continue building this community as well as introducing people to this process. While putting together a class for purchase, I realized that this information is important for me to share with everyone, no paywall.

Your process is very similar to mine. I like your Freeform additions and you’ve helped me to see it’s okay to just let go and not plan and the end results are beautiful and satisfying.
