Kulwinder because air density decreases so less absorbtion of heat. Don't confuse with Inc in temp in stratosphere because there photochemical reaction of ozone take place.

Tell me about van Allen belt

Van Allen or radiation belt are 2 regions of high radiation intensity which capture solar charged particles. It is part of electromagnetic field of earth as discussed by ma'am. One interesting fact: USA in 1962 tries to destroy it or reduce intensity of radiation through "starfish prime" outspace nuclear test but failed.
