If you have reclaimed granite cobblestone at 5" thick and 4" X 7" to 4" x 11" sizes, what would be the best looking pattern for this reclaimed granite cobblestone for a driveway at 12 ft. wide? Not sure what your base was for this and mixture for the spaces? Can you tell me what your base is made of?

May I ask what you used as a stitch height and where did yo'u get your numbers from? I'm doing a driveway out of granite and will be doing an arch as well. Have 36' at the widest and 16' at the narrow. Any response is appreciated! Thank you, Eric

I’m laying some 6 inch granite setts this weekend , flowpoint is very expensive for me , did you mix 4/1 wet and just brush in ?

Why do they use a template a pavior should be able to lay that bond with just a string line and a stool

Hi Dave there different methods of construction line and stool is laid on small stone or sharp sand then whacker plated to compact . My way is 4/1 sharp sand cement and slurry pointed or two part resin which I can charge 3 to 4 times more . For do the same with European fan pattern when you look across the arc they all line up at 45 degrees

It’s not very good really. Poor way to lay the stones with the frame. Traditionally done by eye and skill. Only skill here is mixing cement.
