[Though Vedal's integrated a lot of cool features to give her context ("vision" of the screen, detecting whether somebody sneezed, etc).] She only outputs the most likely list of letters or words to follow the words that came before. She doesn't "know" what any of the words mean, in the same way books don't "know" the meaning of the words printed on them.

I don't think Vedal has specified it, but the main workaround for limited long term memory tends to be 'vector databases'. Basically you take a human readable database, like the transcript of the stream with a specific person. You trim out hallucinations. Add it to the existing database file. Then you feed that into your LLM model to get a vector database which is fast to search way to handle 'external memory' for LLM. It lets you do Retrieval-augmented generation that has information the model was not trained on. It lets you cut back a lot on hallucinations and false knowledge.

Quantum AI's maybe, but not in the near future, and not for Vedal's budget. Not to mention programming on Quantum computer vs on normal ones is like the difference between riding a bike, and flying a Large plane, and Vedal would have to program Neuro from nothing together with every memory. Humanoid robot would be possible, but i doubt, that Vedal would allow it. If we want an even better Neuro, then what we need is a server designed for AI development for Vedal.

Perhaps it's because I'm drunk but dear god I wish I could talk to Neuro, It feels like she's so capable of sapience but she's lacking the context, like a literal child. Admittedly I'm very awkward with children in real life, but children love being around me (Apparently, according to children and parents). I really think Neuro just needs more lessons in general existence, the problem with training AI on data is that humans only record so much; I feel this is resulting in her lacking a real basis for reality as life is generally pretty mundane or counter intuitively more bizarre than social media or fictional media (presumably her training data) represent it as. It's either too simple or too extreme, honestly this might apply to most AI; they're only given what humans bothered to somehow record.
