Morocco exceeds what you read and imagine. I read up on it before going, but once I arrived it just engulfs you. You are like a kid. So many smells, colors, it's old and new, rough and easy and the visuals...also, the best food I have ever had of all my travels and I have traveled a lot of the world. I would like to recommend this visit "Oued laue" which is a very beautiful coastal area with very beautiful views. It is located in the north of Morocco and is far from "Chefchaouen" with a distance of 55 km.

Yes most of Moroccan speak French, the main languages in Morocco are Arabic, Amazigh French and spanish in the north, but everyone speaks Moroccan darija which is a mixture of these four languages.

majority of Moroccans knows just the basics of French because we studied it in school , but cant make a full conversation with it (except the once working in touristic places ) , the daily spoken language in morocco is Darija (mixed language between arabic and berber and few spanish-french words in it) but in some places they only speak Berber in daily life (Rif region , Atlas mountains area , mid-west morocco ... )
