Great haul and an interesting layout update! Given the Lowmac is in SATLINK livery, this was an S&T initiative for moving major projects components around the UK to various sites, so whilst they may well have moved plant and machinery around on them, you could also consider loading the wagon with e.g an REB (relocatable equipment building ie relay room) as these would sometimes be internally prefabbed off site then transported to site and everything connected up. I think PECO do a model of one? Just a thought, Dan - as no one seems to model S&T stuff. Looking forward to your next Trash to Track. Best wishes from Wirral.

I was at GETS yesterday. Got a good haul myself. Including a Lowmac. I might grab another at Not Warley if I go. Maybe the fishermen are in the pub...

Those Ellis Lowmac Wagons are the best. As for the concrete flooring, you could try Wicks ready to use coving adhesive. It is very fine and east to sand down. They d small tubs I believe.

I was very impressed with Ellis Clark's second hand prices - I thought for a moment I'd gone back in time about 10 years! Managed to buy an entire goods train for under £25, mainly thanks to finding a Hornby class 29 for the princely sum of £12.50!
