I have watched the Late night with dogs part several times but can’t find a single coyote when I try doing this mission ,any tips.

Leave the same outpost a little later at night at 11pm and head down to the watchtower near the lake. You should find more than one coyote along the path. They are most active at night, but I've seen them there during the day as well so best advice would be to switch up the hunting times.

Are you just supposed to get lucky on late night with the dogs? I search everywhere. Find tracks that eventually I can't follow because at night it gets hard to keep track of animal tracks. I tried camping by the lake to catch one drinking but they never show up. Tried camping the eating spot and no show. I've been trying to beat this mission for 4 real life days and it's getting a tad frustrating as I can never seem to lure in a coyote let alone spot one.

If you can't get this completed by "mushroom" lake towards the center of the map, travel to the Southeasst corner at night (11pm-4am). You should be able to locate a few with their warning calls - as soon as you do, get to a hiding spot and lure them to you with the predator caller.

go to an outpost and set the time back to earlier in the day/morning works good and just go back and redo it

If you haven't got much to lose you can reset the account and have another try at Mr Black. He can even spawn as a great one now.

You get a big Roosevelt elk and a level 9 black bear (Mr. black) and a level 9 coyote at the end

No, there's 2 ways to complete the mr. black mission - shoot him with a gun or with a camera.

They totally screwed this map up all.to h___,ll between the rain and than the damned wing everywhere you turn you can't hardly get away from the wind, so you can't realistically hunt anything. So it shows whoever did this map has never been hunting. This map is f_____ed.
