Another great run, Benedict. I've been resorting to running M3's with randoms (some good, some bad) because my friends refuse to change their builds to a better team comp. They are either mages (fire/ice) or bow mains, and they REFUSE to listen or change their classes for M3s. I've been trying to explain how we can get much better/efficient DPS if we are using spears/rapiers/GS with different off-hand weapons. They just won't listen and say "fire staff and bow are the highest DPS in the game. Am I crazy bro or are they just flat out wrong? I know these weapons can be strong in pvp and different PVE scenarios, but we are talking about M3's here. How can I go about explaining to them that they need to use different builds to run M3s better?

If they can't understand that melee weapons run supreme in pve because of the perma crit I don't know what to tell you. Maybe they should stop kiting in pvp since they are so sure they outdps melee weapons when both get 100% uptime 🤡

Opal offers the best value for the greatsword since it scales with Str/Dex and both have added physical damage breakpoints. additionally when in onslaught stance you lose stam when you heavy attack, really making the opal the best option.
