I brewed coffee in advance for the picnic. I bought an ice cup at an outdoor convenience store and added ice. For this purpose, I used the [Adding ice +100g AFTER brewing] recipe. [DARK BLEND] Just like the cup note, it has a dark and clean feel. The acidity that gradually becomes noticeable as it cools is attractive. Perhaps because of the chocolatey flavor, my mouth feels refreshed and clean. It's like drinking walnut chocolate. Very good. [ETHIOPIA MORMORA] It's been a while since I bought it, so the flavor has definitely lost a lot. So, I brew using 23g instead of 20g. The extraction result itself wasn't bad, but I definitely felt that the flavors weren't as clear. Because these coffee beans had the advantage of being so clear and distinct, it felt relatively more disappointing. It reminds me of a fallen queen reminiscing about her past glory. Among the music, the lyrics of "Cold Play - Viva La Vida" come to mind.

Preparé café con antelación para el picnic. Compré una copa de hielo en una tienda de conveniencia al aire libre y le agregué hielo. Para ello, utilicé la receta [Agregar hielo +100 g DESPUÉS de preparar la cerveza]. [DARK BLEND] Al igual que la nota de taza, tiene una sensación oscura y limpia. Resulta atractiva la acidez que poco a poco se va notando a medida que se enfría. Quizás por el sabor a chocolate, siento mi boca fresca y limpia. Es como beber chocolate con nueces. Muy bien. [ETHIOPIA MORMORA] Ha pasado un tiempo desde que lo compré, así que definitivamente el sabor ha perdido mucho. Entonces, preparo usando 23 g en lugar de 20 g. El resultado de la extracción en sí no fue malo, pero definitivamente sentí que los sabores no eran tan claros. Debido a que estos granos de café tenían la ventaja de ser tan claros y distintos, fue relativamente más decepcionante. Me recuerda a una reina caída que recuerda su gloria pasada. Entre la música me viene a la mente la letra de “Cold Play - Viva La Vida”.
