she does if you don't have any other unit who can funnel her some meter. As for Zeta, I'll have it up before GW starts, maybe by tomorrow since I'm out of fire raids and trial raids already, I just put up the ones involved in the current banner first so as to help people decide should they stumble upon my video. 🤣

it lessens the chances of her S1 overriding the Ougi's double strike, which yields to more damage from Payila overall, if she's in slot 3 or 4 (esp 4) chances are she'll Ougi and get double strike and then cast S1 the next turn wasting the double strike, this most notably happens by T3 if she's in slot 3/4, but it also generally applies to longer fights.
