Great Job! I'm trying to repair one myself. How did you open the heat exchanger (time 0:14 - 0:20)? I removed the bolts and and the aluminum half rings and I cannot separate front from back? Should it come apart easily after you remove the bolts? Mine could be stuck due to scale or melted gasket.
