Lazy entrance to Vishnu's Couch | Quick & Easy AcroYoga Tutorial (Level 1.3.c)

In this video we run through the key points of easily entering Vishnu's Couch for both flyer and base.
Pre-requisites:
• Vishnu’s Couch to throne
Safety:
Spotter:
• At the Flyers hip, walks around if needed to stay close
Self-Spot:
• Bases keep tight hold of the flyer’s feet as they sit up
• Flyers place some cushions behind the base
Tips:
Base:
• Wide legs in Vishnu’s couch
• When grabbing the thigh, have the weight more in the base of your hand to protect your wrist
• Flat hands when transitioning to throne
Flyer:
• Push into both points while leaning into Vishnu’s Couch
• Slowly increase the weight on the way in
