Thanks for the idea!!! I switched it up just a little. I microwaved 2 frozen burritos for 2 minutes...I then added lots of enchilada sauce and cheese to the burritos...microwaved for another minute and YUM. Enchiladas in less than 5 minutes. Super good!!!!

I had them again last night for dinner, I didn't use a foil pan. Some of them were cold so lesson learned.

@@thatswhywehavehotdogs Could try not adding the cheese until later, or not, and halfway through cooking rotate them in the pan. Could also try more sauce so there's more easily heated stuff in with them to transfer the oven's heat. Or for a little more effort and clean-up, put them and some sauce into a fry pan with a lid for a few minutes before loading the tin pan.

Taquitos would work better because actually enchiladas are made with CORN tortillas not flour tortillas.

Can also go with Beef/Been with or without red chilis or green chilis or the chimichangas. Mix or match with different enchilada sauce. Just avoid the Walmart brand ones...far inferior.
