Gameloft is basically my Entire childhood.Especially their java based games which used to come in nokia's internet keypad phones.i don't remember the exact names of those games, but yeah i loved those. Even after i got my first android device which was Nexus 6P, i used to play a lot of Gameloft games among which asphalt nitro and nova were my favourites cuz they were under 50mb and had great graphics at that time...

Gameloft used to be king of Nokia j2me games where they have made diamond rush, date & ditch, gangstar 2 king of LA, asphalt, Nova, Prince of persia games, Assassin Creed games, brain challenge, spider man toxic city , movie game like The amazing spiderman, harry Potter deathly hallows part 2 , immortal, narnia 3 , Warth of titan , sonic unleashed etc. Last java game was the amazing spider man 2 after that they moved on from nokia java games , thank gameloft for making our childhood awesome

Hi @Lazy Assassin .... I just wanted to add somepoint that once upon a time GAMELOFT was making 2d java games for mobile. They tie up with ubisoft, ea , sega to make java version of their aaa games (Like:- Assasins Creed 3, brotherhood, prince of persia series, sonic series and lots more.) and they also create movie java games like iron man 3, avangers, the dark knight rises etc. I think you should add this :)

Gameloft basically was how i got into mobile gaming. I remember playing Gameloft games on my Java Based nokia phone. Games like asphalt 3,4,6, modern combat, etc. Played alot of their ios/android games like modern combat 2,3,4,5 and basically all of the ios/android asphalt games from 4 to 9 legends, N.O.V.A and some other gems as well. Yeah you may hate on them for copying big IPs like call of duty, Halo and grand theft auto, but it allowed us mobile players to have a similar experience of those games on the go at a time when phones were not completely seen as gaming devices. Now we cant completely blame Gameloft for becoming Greedy since this all happened after the hostile takeover by Vivendi. If anything, vivendi's the reason why Gameloft became what it is today. There were some good games that came out after the takeover like Asphalt 9 but the microtransactions of these games are ridiculous. Maybe one day the company could return to its former glory but who knows when
