Great haul! I was drooling over a few items. 😜 I’m like you, $1-2 is where I live, but if I find something I love, I’ll go for it. “I want a steal, not a deal”- love that! I think you could bring that fuzzy stool back to life with a good scrub and a fluff, but if not, it’s easy enough to re-cover.

Goodwill is way overpriced on most things. I find dollar tree items 4.00, 5.00! They are not what they started out to be. They are a for profit store now, no matter how they say!! I very rarely even go in. Maybe once a year. I'm disgusted with them. They won't take if needs repair, what they based their store on when they first began, to help give disabled a chance to e I rk and learn trade!!

Maybe it just looked this way but I hope you do your best to put items back on the shelf the same way you picked them up. I only say this because working at a thrift store is extremely challenging when there's only a small space to organize items. Items that have been looked at and randomly thrown back on the shelf makes up 💯 of our job and makes it really difficult for others to find the item 🤷 ❤️

I really liked the multi-colored wicker piece that almost looked like a finial you would see on the top of a post. Sort of reminded me of a sea urchin's shell without the attached spines. Don’t paint it, please, because it would look beautiful 😍 with a Dollar Tree tealight inside of it, placed on a tray with colored and/or black sand a collection of colorful shells and a piece or 2 of coral. I can just imagine the light softly streaming out of the bamboo onto the shells. Wouldn't that be a charming vignette on a bathroom countertop or a dresser next to other feminine "pretties" like 💄 and perfume? LOVE IT❣💞💋 Your new "thrifting buddy", Leslie 💜

Love that first piece the carved wooden plaque. That vase you missed, I feel your pain 😉 love that pottery bowl you picked up, I think it was $6.49. Happy hunting. 🎆 would the odd top fit your "topless" bowl? You talk about your basket wall, the colors in that rug would compliment wicker colors, just a thought.

Do you ever have a hard time getting the ink off of items? At our Goodwills (in Georgia) they have adhesive tags which are sometimes a bear to remove but I don’t think I would like them to use ink. By the way, the duck basket is great to serve crackers.

The ink comes of of the items really easy, but you probably noticed red & blue ink all over my hands about halfway through the video . Sometimes it rubs off a little too easily 😂. Crackers is a brilliant idea!!! Thank you, Jeri ❤️❤️❤️

What a wonderful video! Thank you for sharing your adventure with us. I wanted to comment that I picked up the exact coil basket and using copper wire and raffia from the dollar store, rewrapped over the colors. I love my basket now.
