I recently found a break. The super secret rooms that have a bunch of red harts actually turn any heart drop into a red heart. Do if you have IV Bag, Blessed Penny, and Piggy Bank, you get infinite money. Also works better with Old Bandage and Deep Pockets. And if you have money=power you get infinite damage.

This works with all special rooms like this btw so if you go into the secret room which has a black heart and somehow spawn a heart in there it will always be black. I only know this because it saved my run one time 10 years ago in rebirth

Range does effect the gun, the gun actually has fall off damage where it will do half your total damage. Getting more range increases the distance before the bullets start to fall off. You can tell it’s doing fall off when you see a poof effects come off of them after traveling.
