17:12 this is from a bug with glitched crown where it tries to roll the key piece but cant due to it being a story item so the 4 items it tried to add to the pedestal dont get rolled into and end up just being deleted and so it made it so sacred heart and crown of light simply deleted from the angel pool

The reason sacred heart doesn't show up is because there's a glitch with glitches crown when you spawn a key piece, basically it procs and takes 4 angel room items away from the pool, but since it's a story item it doesn't actually roll (17:10 or something)

I guess nobody ever thought of that but imo the glitched crown sacred orb is kinda an anti synergy. I mean if you think about it you are propably gonna get a good item out of a pedestal anyway but when you add that sacred orb you will have to leave potentially a lot of good items behind as well. If 2 or 3 god items show up on a single pedestal you can’t take them all and with sacred orb it happens a lot. Also with how fast it’s possible to burn through the whole pool of items with glitched crown I never saw any sense of just making that pool much smaller to choose from. Sometimes I’d like to find a q0 or q1 item for synergy but the only thing holding me back from it is sacred orb.
