Turns out what happened was that when I reinstalled it after getting Repentance, it didn't install Afterbirth (or was it Afterbirth+? I can't remember) for some reason, so some data and stuff was missing. Bit of a silver lining however, as I was able to start fresh after such a long hiatus. Getting back to where I was before; just unlocked Cathedral & Sheol, working on Hush as well as those completion marks

There is a mod that makes Void have 2 modes. One which only eats items and one that uses all the active items. Ever since I started using said mod, I can legit say Void is good and actually useful. Being able to void the D6 AND ACTUALLY BE ABLE TO USE IT is awesome.
